THE SERVICE
PIKKO is a public competition for visibility, status and recognition. Verified cumulative contributions determine the three positions on the public leaderboard. PIKKO is not a donation platform, crowdfunding project, charity, investment opportunity, security, financial product or gambling service. No contribution gives you ownership, equity, profit participation or any financial return.

ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old, have legal capacity to enter into these terms, and use a payment method lawfully available to you. You may not use PIKKO if you are subject to sanctions, prohibited by applicable law, or acting on behalf of a prohibited person or entity. Additional verification may be required before or after a contribution.

ACCOUNTS AND ACCESS
Access is provided by single-use email links, with optional Google sign-in. There are no passwords. First access creates your account with public visibility disabled. You are responsible for keeping access to your email secure and for activity performed through your account. Do not share access links. We may suspend accounts to protect the service, prevent fraud or comply with law.

CONTRIBUTIONS AND RANKING
Contributions are made in USD. The minimum permitted contribution is USD 1.00, subject to the published maximum and payment-provider limits. Multiple verified contributions from the same account are aggregated. Only server-verified payments count; pending, failed, cancelled, refunded and charged-back payments do not count (partial refunds reduce the total by the refunded amount).
Ranking ties are resolved by the higher verified total, then the earlier time that total was reached, then the older account. The full ranking rules form part of these terms and are published at /rules.

PAYMENTS, REFUNDS AND CHARGEBACKS
Payments are processed by PayPal, including card payments made through PayPal. You authorize the charge shown at checkout. We never receive your full card details. Refunds and chargebacks are handled under the published rules and may remove or reduce your ranking total. Abuse of chargebacks or payment disputes may result in suspension and recovery action.

NO GUARANTEED POSITION
A contribution never guarantees a position, duration, visibility or recognition. Another participant can surpass you at any time. Positions are public and temporary; historical tenures are preserved. PIKKO does not hold a position for you and does not promise that a contribution will achieve any particular result.

PUBLIC PROFILE AND CONSENT
Your display name, image, country and description are published only with your consent. You control public visibility in your account and may disable it at any time. You must not publish unlawful, misleading, infringing or abusive content. We may moderate public profiles to protect the service and its participants.

ACCEPTABLE USE
You must not:
- use stolen, unauthorized or fraudulent payment methods;
- launder money, evade sanctions or finance unlawful activity;
- submit false identities, impersonate others or misrepresent affiliation;
- attack, scrape, overload, reverse engineer or bypass security controls;
- use bots or automation to obtain positions or abuse access links;
- harass participants or publish unlawful or infringing content.

MODERATION AND AUDIT
Administrators may moderate profiles, apply audited adjustments, process refunds and chargebacks, and suspend accounts. Administrative actions affecting financial or ranking data are recorded in an audit log with the administrator identity and documented reason. PIKKO does not silently edit contribution totals.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The PIKKO name, visual identity, interface, software and editorial content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute or exploit them without permission. You retain ownership of your profile content and grant PIKKO a limited licence to display it on the service as you have consented.

DISCLAIMERS AND LIABILITY
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PIKKO is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, loss of status, loss of opportunity or loss of profits arising from the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded by applicable consumer law. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount of your contribution giving rise to the claim.

GOVERNING LAW AND CONTACT
These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules that may apply in your country. Disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
